WHAT THEY SAY

Our mission

We offers a host of biomass solutions and services with strong supply chain solutions. We intend to drive and promote biomass to the local and internatlonal markets as a reliable and effective energy source.

Our Vision

To elevate the importance of biomass as a premier renewable energy source of the future that generations can depend on.

THE FUTURE IS BIOMASS.

WHY BIOMASS?

Biomass – the fourth largest energy source after coal, oil and natural gas - is the largest and most important renewable energy option at present and can be used to produce different forms of energy. As a result, it is, together with the other renewable energy options, capable of providing all the energy services required in a modern society, both locally and in most parts of the world. Renewability and versatility are, among many other aspects, important advantages of biomass as an energy source. Moreover, compared to other renewables, biomass resources are common and widespread across the globe.

Biomass is being increasingly used in power plants in Japan as a source of fuel, particularly after the tragic accident at Fukushima nuclear power plant in 2011. Palm kernel shell (PKS) has emerged as a favourite choice of biomass-based power plants in the country. Most of these biomass power plants use PKS as their energy source, and only a few operate with wood pellets. Interestingly, most of the biomass power plants in Japan have been built after 2015 and is growing at a rapid pace.

Land‐intensive bioenergy is already a significant part of the global energy mix. Based on current trends and policies, it is likely to increase in the next decade or more.Land‐intensive bioenergy is likely to be seen as a legacy fuel by mid‐century. In light of this, policymakers mighjt limit near‐term incentives for land intensive bioenergy and provide incentives for the next generation of technologies that will allow a zero‐carbon future.
